What are the package prices? I don't think i can afford it.
Our goal is for every customer to be able to receive our service. if you are unsure if you are able to afford it that's totally fine, give our customer service staff an email and they will work out with you what you will be able to afford and what package best suits you, otherwise take our package questionnaire and see what we may recommend for you.
Why are there '$0 Packages'? How do they work?
Great Question!! our '$0 Packages' are for a quote only not the package itself. the way they work is you will checkout the $0 Package and receive a client intake form. Once you get your form link (sent to you via an email from us but it is a jotform link) you will then be required to fill out the detail relevant to your package. Once we receive the form back we will quote the price for the project and work with you until the price is comfortable for you.
Why do I need to fill out the client intake form?
Every client is required to fill out the client intake form. Look over your package details and answer the questions required for your package. If you miss a message we need we will email for or give you a text to get the details so it's not a make or break thing.
Will you support me after the purchase?
Yes, we can support you after purchase. We can help initiate refunds with suppliers on your behalf if required as long as it is still within their return window frame. If you have hired us as a purchasing agent then we will automatically do that as apart of our service.
How much does Sample Kits cost?
Our Sample Kits are dependent on the needs of the customer, if you do not require a wall colour change then the cost will be reduced. Certain packages we recommend not ordering a sample kit as you will receive very little in it, but for customers taking on a larger project we highly recommend ordering a few different types of sample kits if you wish to see a variety, we will include what items have samples in your shop list and can order them on your behalf prior to you ordering any items from the shoplist.
